This real estate agent sure is cocky.
Lately, agents are getting more creative in an attempt to promote their listings. One particular agent may have taken it a bit too far when he orchestrated a full-on NSFW naked photo shoot of himself inside one of Los Angeles’ homes for sale.
David Ferrugio posted his latest listing on Instagram Wednesday – a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home in the Monterey Hills neighborhood for $1.29 million.
“My clients are aware who they hired and my style of marketing,” Ferrugio told The Post. “They are fantastic people.”
The pictures had a lot of range. One showed Ferrugio dressed in a wide-open gray fleece robe with nothing underneath, paired with black suede slippers.
“I asked them to ‘bear with me’ on this idea,” he added. “It was definitely shocking at first but I explained with conviction that I believed it would work. It’s just a tongue in cheek, fun marketing idea that we all game planned and ultimately thought it was a good idea to implement and they were on board.”
Another cheeky photo was taken in the kitchen, where Ferrugio was seen scrambling some eggs with just an apron on.
Probably the most head-turning photo shows Ferrugio fully naked with a duvet in between his legs on the bed of one of the bedrooms.
And then there was the naked shower picture, in addition to the “chilling in the backyard on a lawn chair naked” photo.
Fortunately, he blurred out his private parts, and many praised his originality.
“Bruhhhh you just changed the realtor game forever,” one user commented under his post.
“Marketing genius,” another said.
The actual listing photos on the Realtor sites do not include Ferrugio’s naked self.
Situated between Highland Park and South Pasadena, the property spans 4,800 square feet and comes completely remodeled.
Features include an open living room on the second floor with a modernized kitchen and wet bar.
Exterior features include a private backyard with “mountainous views,” according to the listing.
The house is in close proximity to Hermon Dog Park, Ernest Debs park, Arroyo Seco Park and a golf course.
“I’m aware a unique push like this is not for everyone, but I know my intentions behind it were nothing but good. And again, to get the property out there,” Ferrugio said. “And, it worked.”
